Red Brunswick is a late maturing red onion variety producing medium to large semi flat bulbs. Mild enoigh to be eaten raw in a salad, these are also delicious & sweet when cooked. Stores very well.

Sowing & Spacing:

  • February - April (earlier with heat)
  • Sow seed thinly in shallow drills 1.5cm deep.
  • Harden off before planting out 8-10 weeks later.
  • Between rows: 30cm.
  • Between plants in the row: 15-20cm.
  • Matures August - September
