Delivery Charges

FREE Delivery over £50.00 - All orders to a value of £50.00 or over automatically qualify for free delivery. Our delivery fee will be automatically waived at checkout.

FREE UK & N.I. Raised Bed delivery - All our Quickcrop timber raised beds are delivered free of charge. Our standard delivery fee will be automatically waived at checkout.

Standard delivery £4.95 - Our standard delivery rate is £4.95 and covers all goods except timber raised beds and some selected heavy items. £4.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of items ordered.

Bulky Items £9.95 -  A small number of very large box items (e.g. Joraform compost bins) carry a delivery charge of £9.95. Any items that carry our bulk item charge are clearly marked on the product page.

Delivery times

Our average delivery time is 1-2 working days from date of order, working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12 midday will be dispatched same day.

We deliver nationwide in the UK, the island of Ireland, Austria, Benelux Countries, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Please see our delivery rates below:

£4.95 base rate or raised bed and heavy goods rates as detailed above - (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge, please contact us using our contact page for details)

Belguim, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany
£19.95 base rate or relevant raised bed and heavy goods rates.

Rest of Eurpoe
£29.95 base rate or relevant raised bed and heavy goods rates.

How long does delivery take?

The average time taken from order to delivery is 1-2 working days in the UK and Ireland and up to 6 working days for France, Germany and the Benelux countries.

Delivery & Tracking

Can I track the parcel myself?
Yes, you can track your order here: Order Tracker, using your order number and email address. When the order has been dispatched we will also provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. You can, of course contact us if you require any further information.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
You will be notified by text/email beforehand so you will know when to expect delivery. The driver will leave a note with the depot contact details if you are not in. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date if required.

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.

Damages

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge. We have a 'no quibble' policy on damages and will replace immediately once we receive an emailed photo of the damaged item.

If you wish to return an undamaged item for any reason we do charge a collection fee which may vary depending on the number of parcels, each case is different so please call us to arrange. We promise to keep returns fees fair and as low as possible. To arrange a return please contact our sales team using our contact us page.

Quickcrop Returns Policy

Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. If you are returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us. Please ensure that returned items are well packed so they reach us in good order.

Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please do not sign for the order. Please email us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

If the delivery has been signed for and you discover damage upon opening, please email us a photo of the issue with a brief explanatory note. We will be back to you 1 working day with a solution, normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. 

Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost. It is also important to note that Quickcrop needs to be informed of any damages within 2 working days of delivery so that we can claim from the couriers.

Undamaged Goods Returns
If you have received goods in good order but have had a change of mind, please email us (using our contact page) explaining that you want to return your goods stating your name and your order number. It is your responsibility to return the goods to the following address, once they have been received and checked at our end we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge.
