Description
Edible leaves and flowers of this plant make an excellent addition to salads. They can also be used as a trap crop for aphids. Nasturtiums are companions to broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, kale, kohlrabi, pumpkins, radish, squash, tomato, and potato.
Sowing & Spacing
Sow indoors seeds about half an inch deep 4 to 6 weeks before the last spring frost. Sow outdoors in early spring in moist, well-drained soil in full sun. Space 30cm apart.
