Description
Rhubarb chard, also called ruby chard, is a very decorative variety. It has red leaves with vibrant red stems. It can be cooked and used like any other variety of chard or spinach. A high yielding variety that is very easy to grow.

Sowing & Spacing:
Sow outside from April until June. Indoors: Sow each seed into an individual module (approx 2cm deep) and plant out after about 4 or 5 weeks. You can also sow directly into the garden. Thin the seedlings to leave just one per station, as many grow from the one seed which is actually a tight cluster of seeds.
Space plants 30cm (11.8in) apart, with 45cm (17.7in) spacing between rows.
