Description
A mix of coloured stems ranging from white to yellow, pink and orange. The leaf can be used with or without the stem and can be cooked like spinach. Beautiful in the garden and on the plate.

Sowing & Spacing:
Sow outside from April until June. Indoors: Sow each seed into an individual module (approx 2cm deep) and plant out after about 4 or 5 weeks. You can also sow directly into the garden. Thin the seedlings to leave just one per station, as many grow from the one seed which is actually a tight cluster of seeds.
Space plants 30cm (11.8in) apart, with 45cm (17.7in) spacing between rows.
