Description
A medium to hot spicy chilli producing a decent yield of long, slender peppers. De Cayenne peppers can be harvested when they’re green for a milder taste, and will become hotter the longer they ripen.
De Cayenne can be used fresh for cooking but is also very popular when dried and used as a seasoning for seafood dishes or stews.
Sow providing heat from February to April. The plant can grow to a height of between 45-60cm with 10-12cm fruits, adding character to the garden.
