Description
This post is a gate or corner post used with the Durapost fencing system. The post is smooth square box section available in galvanised, anthracite grey, sepia brown or olive grey finishes.
Post Height
The posts are available in 1.8 or 2.4 metre heights. The 2.4m is used for a standard 1.8m high fence (60cm is buried in the ground) while the 1.8m post is used for a low, 1.2m high fence or for a 1.8m high fence where the 'bolt down' option is used.
Corner Posts and End Posts
Where the post is used as a corner post, 2 x 'End Fixing U-Channels' are used on adjoining sides to hold the fence panels or fence rails at 90˚. If the post is to be the end post, a single U-Channel is required to attach the final fence panel.
