Westland Sulphate of Iron makes soil more acidic, enabling acid loving plants to take up the nutrients they need for healthy growth & development.
It is ideal for ericaceous and acid loving plants including azaleas, camellias, hydrangeas & rhododendrons. Sulphate of Iron will create the right conditions for healthy plant growth, keeping leaves green and healthy & preventing leaf yellowing.
Sulphate of Iron can be applied very 4-6 weeks during the growing season from March to the end of August. Take care the granules do not come into contact with the leaves or stems. Granules should be worked into the soil. Water after application. During dry weather, water thoroughly before & after application.
