A winter squash that is widely regarded as having the best taste. It has steel grey skin with bright orange flesh. A very good sweet and nutty flavour, it really is second to none. A reliable grower that is very productive and stores very well.

Sowing & Spacing:
Sow from the middle of April until late May. Sow each seed into an individual small pot or large module and plant out after hardening off (approx 6 weeks). Use a cloche or cold frame to begin with.
Space 1.2m (47.24) between plants.
