This Snowbee stainless steel smoker is a handy size to stick in the bag. You'll smoke 3 or 4 good size mackerel at a time in about 30 minutes but can also use it for meat, poultry and cheese. This is a hot smoker so actually cooks the food too, not like cold smoked salmon etc...
