4 Deluxe raised beds 21 inch
Had issues with delivery took over 2 weeks to arrive. Poor communication from Tufnells and items left in middle of drive even when time for redelivery was advised they delivered when no one was home. The actual raised beds are of good quality. Be mindful that the measurements are not accurate. The 6x4 foot is larger.

I think this is probably the most expensive garden bed on Quick Crop. Hubs ordered 4 of these at 21 inches and I have to say they are perfect. They arrived in time for the weekend as promised by Niall on the phone and the delivery man was so kind as to carry them around the back for us.

5 Raised Garden Bed Kits - Deluxe 21in High
This Deluxe Raised Bed was delivered very quickly together with fitting instructions. On checking the contents I found that instead of the 96 required screws there was only 59. Thus like the last reviewer I have had to travel into town to purchase the additional materials. The wood is well preserved and looks good. Awaits construction

4 Raised Garden Bed Kits - Deluxe 21in High
We started to put this raised bed together when we realized we had a whole packet (16) screws missing!! Very annoying as we live nowhere near a diy store so we then wasted 2 hours doing a 34 mile round trip to find screws. I see the previous reviewer had the same problem. My advice would be to check you have everything don't wait until you're ready to start assembly. We would have given 5 stars finished product looks good.

Brilliant product and service. Delivered on time and placed at the back of house. All components included. It took one and a half hours for me and my sister to put together. Would highly recommend.

4 Raised Garden Bed Kits - Deluxe 21in High
Looks well, easy to put together. But missing a pack of screws. 2 of the posts have splits running through them so will have to reinforce them. Putting the metal elbows on the inside (contrary to instructions) gives a better-looking finish.

you are the 3rd supplier i have bought raised beds from over the last few years and i have to say that your Deluxe beds are the best i have bought yet. Both the look and chunkiness are great and i love the finish on them Not bad value either. Well done. Keep up the good work

If I was to move the bed locations in the future considering they last 10 years of more and garden designs change can the (6x4) or (6x3) beds be joined together to make 12ft beds in the deluxe and if so I could do this or separate later. Where as if I buy the 12ft long version am I stuck with 12ft -- So is it better to get the 2 - (6x4) or 2 - (6x3) if they are join-able making 12ft long.

I like the deluxe bed it look nicer but seems harder to joint as post and sticking out hence the 2nd question and so i would like the deluxe but in 12ft if i can join 6ft's So it is hard to decide as two 6ft's would (1) maybe not spread a See more »

The 12ft beds are made up of two 6ft beds joined together. The reason for this is exactly as you say. After a few years the soil may force the centre out and it is much stronger to have the two beds joined. We normally supply this bed with just 6 corner posts with only two needed in the centre but i am happy to supply you with 8 for future flexibility. Just let me know the order number so i can inform the warehouse.

Hi there
The bed is made from pressure treated Northern European spruce. The preservative used is the new version of Tanalith E which is certified safe for food crops.

Absolutely a novice can assemble one of these. It is helpful to have an electric xxxx gun as it will cut the time of assembly from 30 minutes to 10/15 minutes. These are not complicated at all to assemble. I am not a DIY person myself and can easily put one together in 10 minutes

Great website by the way. See more »

I am afraid with the depth of this bed it takes 1,189 litres to fill and the tonne bags are only 750. That said the quality of soil in the tonne bags is top quality so if you have old soil, gravel or sand you can fill the bottom third of the bed with that and then put the good soil mix on top. This is what a lot of people do

Not being smart but it can depend on how you build it. If you put the brackets on the outside of the posts the bed is slightly smaller. If you put the brackets on the inside of the post it is larger with the posts sitting on the outside of the beds. The measurements we have given is with the brackets in the centre of the posts

Centre the bracket with the butt of the bracket at the very base of the post so it sits flush to the ground
