The half moon lawn edger is from Burgon & Ball gardening tools and is for creating a tidy border around lawns, gardens, or pathways. It is called the half moon edger because of the semi-spherical shape of the stainless steel head.
Using this tool it is very easy to create and maintain professional looking lawn edging. The FSC Ash timber handle has an extra wide T bar for comfortable two handed use at the end of it's long handle that reduces back strain.
The head is made from rust resistant stainless steel and slices cleanly through soil and grass. The blade is serrated to cut through earth easier and it also has treads to prevent foot stress.
