The ‘Flower Sprout’ is a brand new vegetable and is a cross between the Brussels sprout and English kale. Plants are of similar habit to the Brussels sprout, large ‘flower sprouts’ have the complex taste of a sprout mixed with the sweet, nutty taste of kale.
Sowing & Spacing
Sow from the middle of April until June. Sow each seed into an individual module (approx 2cm deep) and plant out after about 4 weeks.
Space plants 90cm apart, with the same spacing between rows.
