Description
The Flext Compost aerator is a handy tool for quickly turning and mixing your compost in the compost heap or in the composter. It has been designed to penetrate even the most unkempt compost heaps. The tool is made from stainless steel and has a FSC certified timber handle. Very easy to use - simply twist into the compost, (similar to how a cork screw works), and pull out. By adding air to your heap you not only speed up the composting process but also reduce the amount of greenhouse gases (such as methane) that are created when your compost heap is starved of air.
