Hand Operated Apple & Fruit Crusher
The Economy Crusher is a top of the line fruit crusher that produces a good, high quality pulp with a little elbow grease from the user. It has a strong steel frame and a simple steel crank handle. The fruit is crushed by serrated rollers and hooked blades, made from acid-resistant alloy. Easy to clean and light-weight. This apple crusher has a stainless steel hopper with a wooden hand rest on top. The contra-rotating shafts have alternating serrated aluminium rollers and hooked blades.

Using The Economy Crusher
Halved or quartered apples or pears dropped into the hopper fall onto the blades, are cut and then crushed by the rollers when the handle is turned.
