Sowing & Spacing:
Celeriac can be quite difficult to grow from seed. Start in late March up until the middle of April by sprinkling the seeds onto a small pot full of good quality seed compost and then propagate. 3 or 4 weeks later the seedlings will be ready to prick out. Transfer to a modular tray sowing one seedling per module. Plant out in May.
Space plants approximately 35cm apart, with the same distance between rows.
