Water Spikes For Plants
The bottle top watering spike with automatic dripper lasts 2 to 5 weeks indoors and 2 to 3 weeks outdoors between refillings, so no need to worry about holiday watering.
This multi award winning garden irrigation product gets water to the plants roots automatically and never fails to work. It is better than most garden drip watering systems in that the warmer it gets the faster it drips, and it slows down as it gets cooler.
The spike itself will fit most plastic bottles and can be used indoors, outdoors or in the greenhouse or polytunnel. The Aqua Balance adjustable dripper is the worlds first fully automatic watering system controlled by the weather or room conditions.
How The Watering Spike Works:
- Adjust the dripper and screw onto a partly filled plastic drinks bottle (250ml - 2litres)
- Invert the bottle and give it a squeeze (to clear the airlocks)
- Put it into the prepositioned spike
When the water and air in the bottle reaches ambient temperatures and pressure, the watering spike will automatically supply measured amounts of water to the plants roots. It never over or under waters. Full instructions are supplied on the box just in case.
