The DuraPost Z-Board is a cutting-edge gravel board, designed specifically to work with the DuraPost fence post. The rot resistant Z-board can be used as a base or gravel board below a timber fence panel to prolong the life of the timber by keeping it off wet ground. The Z-board can also be used to create a very attractive full fence by stacking the boards to the desired height.

Created with Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) - this gravel board, at 3.87kg per 1.83m board, is lighter than concrete and timber alternatives, without compromising strength.
GFRP is a high quality composite constructed with two main raw materials: unsaturated polyester resin and glass fibre. Using GFRP has many benefits. It is light-weight, high mechanical strength, it has a high impact resistance and a rustproof structure. It also benefits from having a High corrosion resistance, High resistance to chemicals and antibacterials and is Stain resistance. The DuraPost Z-Boards are also High UV and thermal resistance
The GFRP material used for the Z-Board has been UV resistance tested to a duration of 500 hours and showed no visible or structural signs of weathering or weakening. Impact Strength Testing: 316.71 KJ/m². Tensile Strength: 545.59 MPa, Compressive Strength: 540.19 MPa
