It has the correct logo on the bottle and is distributed by a company called Sipcam in the UK so i can't imagine they don't have the authority to use the RHS brand as it is not casually on the bottle it is sold as the RHS Glyphosate Free Weedkiller and they sell a lot of it. It is also produced in the UK. Might be worth contacting Sipcam if you have doubts but as i said they are a large UK company so it must be licensed for them to use the RHS name

That is a very difficult question to answer without actually seeing your driveway. I have a large driveway myself and the 5 litre unit gives me 6/8 months of spraying in the growing season. I apply it every 4/6 weeks. I don't spray during the winter so in truth i get the full year out of a tub
