Your search is over, this is easily the best variety of parsnip. Javelin is a cold hardy variety of parsnip with amazing taste and uniform root shape. Larger than other parsnips, it is a vigorous grower with the same resistance to canker.

Sowing & Spacing:

Sow outside in late April and early May. Sow in shallow drills (1.5cm deep)

Space 15cm apart, with approximately 25cm between rows.
