Maxi rootrainers are the largest in the rootrainer range, these are used for seedling propagation and training roots and are ideal for broadleaved trees grown on a long cycle to larger salable sizes and for plants destined for dry sites.
Rootrainers encourage optimum root formation including strong, straight roots – a fundamental requirement of healthy and successful growth. The air-pruning system develops a more dense and fibrous root system.
Propagating lids are not available for the maxi rootrainer.
