Description
A delicious purple kohlrabi and can be eaten raw or cooked in a multitude of ways. Azur star has a sweet flavour similar to a mild cabbage, and a crisp texture not unlike a water chestnut.

Sowing & Spacing:
Sow from early April until late June. Sow each seed into an individual module (approx 1cm deep) and plant out after about 4 weeks.
Space plants 30cm (11.8in) apart, with the same spacing between rows.
