Weed Suppressing Fabric For The Vegetable Garden
Gro Grid was developed to prevent weed growth around vegetable plants and to eliminate the need for weeding and the use of chemical weed control. The grid features individual heat sealed planting holes at regular spacings throughout the mat. Gro Grid is available in different size holes and spacings to suit different crops.
Remember the planting holes are heat sealed which ensures the product won't unravel and can be used time and time again.
Space between plants: 70cm.
Space between rows: 75cm.
Small Gro Grid Mat: 1.5m x 2m. Will fit 6 plants
Medium Gro Grid Mat: 1.5m x 4m. Will fit 12 plants
Large Gro Grid Mat: 1.5m x 16m. Will fit 48 plants.
Suitable for: Artichokes, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Herbs, Kale, Peppers, Tomatoes.
Use:
Gro grid is laid out on a prepared seedbed which has been cleared of weeds and fertilized for the season ahead. Fix the mat securely into the ground using ground fabric staples making sure the mat is a tight fit.
Gro Grid is a long lasting products and can be used for many seasons if folded and stored after use.
