Description
Jersey Knight is an all-male variety of asparagus that offers cold hardiness and resistance to diseases such as root rot, rust and fusarium. They produce high yields of delicious large purple and green spears.

Sow seeds indoors 12-14 weeks before the desired transplant date. Sow 1 seed per cell, 15cm deep. Germinate at 23-27°C.
