Sunblaster Propagation Grow Lights


In a nutshell....

Sunblaster grow lights are low energy, high output, growlights. They are designed to fit the Geopod heated propagator to help stimulate seedling growth. Available in small and large sizes, choose below.


Geopod Grow Lights

Sunblaster propagation grow lights for the Geopod heated propagator. Like the Geopod, these lights come in two sizes: 60cm (to fit the small Geopod), and 90cm (to fit the large Geopod).
The light emitted by sunblaster lights encourages greener growth and prevents seedlings from becoming leggy or weak, while simulating daylight. They are very easy on power for their output as they have enhanced reflectors that catch and reflect previously lost or wasted light.

Great lights. I use two with the large Vitopod and they made a huge difference to seedlings that were becoming leggy and leaning towards the light. Great for starting seedlings off early on darker days. Thanks Quickcrop.

I used to start my seeds on the windowsill and then a stay dog came to me and she now occupies the windowsill!! then I came upon the Sunblaster Propagation light here on Quickcrop, I would recommend it, my plant have never been as straight and less lanky and it even generates a small amount of heat. I attached it within a wooden cold frame, it came with two types of clips for attaching to whatever structure you're using and light can easily be remove from clips. Pat

Can they be placed in a high humidity dome or are they waterproof

I have a heated propagator but want the lights - can I rest the sunblaster on top of the propagator I already have?

Hi Jennifer. You could however they would fall off and might break easily enough. We have light brackets that allow you fix them to the side of the Vitopod so they can hover over the top. They are really good actually. Just put the word Bracket in the search bar and scroll down. You will see them. Regards Niall Quickcrop

Hi Quickcrop, Could I use these with the Vitopod? Is so, would the 90cm suit a large Vitopod and if so, how many tubes? Thanks

Hi Mandy. You would need 2 x 90 cm sunblaster lights for the large vitpod. You will need to rig up a system to suspend the lights over the vitpod, they have hoops on them so they can be suspended. I have seen someone place a chair over the vitpod with lights hanging underneath. The Gepod is the one the lights sit on top of but the Vitpod can be used with a bit of imagination! Hi Darren. You don't need a propagator for these units, they can be hung as you suggest.


Important Delivery Information Spring 2021 - Covid 19
We will be operating our business as usual over the coming months as thankfully, current lockdown measures haven't required us to close our warehouses. Delivery times had been impacted earlier in the year with the increase in online shopping putting immense strain on couriers. We are nearly back to normal here in Quickcrop so we expect to have your order to you within 7-10 working days.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience which may have been caused due to Covid-19 and very much appreciate your patience during this time. Some of our customers had delays in receiving their orders in a timely manner but thankfully 99% of orders got through on schedule.

Unless 10 working days have elapsed since you placed your order please try to avoid contacting the office for delivery information as answering queries further slows packing. The Exception to this is our raised ponds which will take two weeks to be dispatched from our warehouse and and delivered to you. Of course if you have received a damaged item, are missing something or are over the 10 day lead time please feel free to email us at enquiry@quickcrop.co.uk and we will respond quickly, usually within the hour.

Standard Quickcrop deliveries only £4.95.

Standard delivery £4.95 - Our standard delivery rate is £4.95 and covers all goods except raised beds and some selected heavy items. £4.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of items ordered.

Allotment raised beds £5.95 - Allotment style raised beds carry a delivery of £5.95 per complete order. £5.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of allotment raised beds or additional items ordered.

Premier/Deluxe raised beds £9.95 - Premier or Deluxe raised beds carry a delivery of £9.95 per complete order. £9.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of raised beds or additional items ordered.

Bulky Items £9.95 - Some large items (e.g. compost bins) carry a delivery charge of £9.95. Any items that carry the large item surcharge will be clearly marked on the product page.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver nationwide to the UK, the island of Ireland, Austria, Benelux Countries, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Please see our delivery rates below:

£4.95 - The United Kingdom and Island of Ireland (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge, please contact us on 0044 1788 298 795 for details). For raised beds and bulky items please see above.

£9.95 - Austria, Belguim, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland.

How long does delivery take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 4 - 5 days in the UK and Ireland, and up to 6 working days for France, Germany and the Benelux countries.

Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, you will be able to log on to the Parcel Force website and see where your parcel is at any time. You can also call the office on 01788 298 795 or email info@quickcrop.co.uk if you need more information.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date. The driver will not leave the parcel without a signature however they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if instructed to do so in our notes section at the checkout stage on the website. Alternatively if you are not home after Parcelforce/GLS have attempted delivery on 2 consecutive days they will leave a note to let you know that your parcel has been left at your local Post Office for collection.

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office on 01788 298 795 and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge. We have a 'no quibble' policy on damages and will replace immediately once we receive an emailed photo of the damaged item.

If you wish to return an undamaged item for any reason we do charge a collection fee which may vary depending on the number of parcels, each case is different so please call us to arrange. Quickcrop Returns Policy

Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. We will also refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you're only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us in so if you have opened your parcel you must ensure it is well enough packed to arrive undamaged.

Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, Do Not Sign for the Order. After that just email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and we will do the rest. Obviously it is not always possible to spot a damage in that moment of delivery so don’t worry. As soon as you open your parcel if the goods are not as they should be just email us a photo of the issue clearly explaining the problem. We will be back to you within the day with a solution. This is normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have very few damages so we act very quickly. Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost.

A Simple Return
So you have decided on receipt of the goods that you simply don’t want them. Just email us at quickcrop@gmail.com explaining that you want to return your goods stating your name and your order number. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us but once they have been received and checked at our end we will issue the refund minus the original delivery charge.

European Returns
Customers outside of the UK and Ireland are covered by the damages Returns policy above. If you want to return your goods due to the fact that you no longer want it you simply email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and let us know. You will then need to return your goods to the following address and once it arrives back to us in the condition it left us we will refund you the cost minus the original delivery charge.
