In a nutshell....

The Eco 220 is a water saving overhead shower that uses 50% less water than an ordinary shower. Venturi Technology creates a strong feeling flow while reducing the amount of water used. Fitted in seconds, the head simply screws on to standard UK thread.

The eco 220 is a wide 20cm diameter overhead shower head that fits standard UK thread shower fittings.

I have the Eco 220 in my own shower so can give an accurate description of it's use.  I have not been able to measure the exact amount of water saved but there is a very significant difference. We have a relatively small hot tank which could only handle 2 showers in the morning before running out of hot water. This is no longer the case which I am delighted about as we have 3 girls and a significant amount of hair that needs to be washed! Hot water is not an issue in the morning anymore.

As regards the function of the unit, the Eco 220 replaced a very heavy flow shower head so I did notice a difference at first but the unit still produces a good, strong flow. It is not a compromise, I was pleasantly surprised at the volume of water and the strength of the flow. The venturi air system does make more of a hiss than a normal shower but I find it adds to the experience.

Overall I have been very impressed by the Eco 220, it is doing everything I hoped it would. It is a good looking, well made product that literally tool a minute to fit as it simply screws on to your standard shower fitting. The silicone jets are easy to clean if limescale is a problem in your house (it is in mine). For the cost of the showerhead is probably paid for itself in a week of hot water usage.

Is the venturi system in the shower head or to ve fitted separately?

Hi Susan. The Venturi system is part of the shower head. It takes in air before the spray rose which decreased the amount of water coming through while increasing the apparent flow.

How long does delivery take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 4 - 5 days in the UK and Ireland, and up to 6 working days for France, Germany and the Benelux countries.

Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, you will be able to log on to the Parcel Force website and see where your parcel is at any time. You can also call the office on 01788 298 795 or email if you need more information.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date. The driver will not leave the parcel without a signature however they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if instructed to do so in our notes section at the checkout stage on the website. Alternatively if you are not home after Parcelforce/GLS have attempted delivery on 2 consecutive days they will leave a note to let you know that your parcel has been left at your local Post Office for collection.

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office on 01788 298 795 and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge. We have a 'no quibble' policy on damages and will replace immediately once we receive an emailed photo of the damaged item.

If you wish to return an undamaged item for any reason we do charge a collection fee which may vary depending on the number of parcels, each case is different so please call us to arrange. Quickcrop Returns Policy

Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. We will also refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you're only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us in so if you have opened your parcel you must ensure it is well enough packed to arrive undamaged.

Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, Do Not Sign for the Order. After that just email us on and we will do the rest. Obviously it is not always possible to spot a damage in that moment of delivery so don’t worry. As soon as you open your parcel if the goods are not as they should be just email us a photo of the issue clearly explaining the problem. We will be back to you within the day with a solution. This is normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have very few damages so we act very quickly. Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost.

A Simple Return
So you have decided on receipt of the goods that you simply don’t want them. Just email us at explaining that you want to return your goods stating your name and your order number. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us but once they have been received and checked at our end we will issue a full refund including your original delivery charge.

European Returns
Customers outside of the UK and Ireland are covered by the damages Returns policy above. If you want to return your goods due to the fact that you no longer want it you simply email us on and let us know. You will then need to return your goods to the following address and once it arrives back to us in the condition it left us we will refund you in full including your original delivery charge.
