Restol wood oil is recommended for use on tanalised pressure treated timbers like all our raised beds and ponds, it is also compatible with water based wood preservers and other pressure treated timbers. Size: 60ML or 1Litre

Restol oil is based on linseed oil, Restol offers a durable transparent to semi-transparent coating. Restol Wood Oil is a perfect choice for decking, garden furniture, fencing, sheds and all types of garden timber buildings.

Restol Wood Oil is recommended by Arch Timber Protection to be used on Tanalised pressure treated timbers but is also compatible with water-based Wood Preserver and other pressure-treated timbers.

Size: 60ML, 1 litre.

1 Litre will cover roughly 16 square metres of surface area

Is the Restol Wood Oil that you sell colourless?

should I paint the wood pond first before putting it together or after its made ,without the liner in ??

Hi can you tell me if this is safe for my garden pond top as when it rains the paint on the top will get wet and wanted to know if the run off into the water will affect my fishmany thanks Roy

Hi Roy The reason we supply Restol as opposed to a toxic type wood stain is that it is safe to use around ponds. That said if your fish are already in the pond you would probably be best to apply with a cloth rather than a brush so that it doesn't drip in to the pond. Once it drys in to the wood it will be perfectly fine Niall Quickcrop

How long does delivery take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 4 - 5 days in the UK and Ireland, and up to 6 working days for France, Germany and the Benelux countries.

Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, you will be able to log on to the Parcel Force website and see where your parcel is at any time. You can also call the office on 01788 298 795 or email info@quickcrop.co.uk if you need more information.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date. The driver will not leave the parcel without a signature however they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if instructed to do so in our notes section at the checkout stage on the website. Alternatively if you are not home after Parcelforce/GLS have attempted delivery on 2 consecutive days they will leave a note to let you know that your parcel has been left at your local Post Office for collection.

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office on 01788 298 795 and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge. We have a 'no quibble' policy on damages and will replace immediately once we receive an emailed photo of the damaged item.

If you wish to return an undamaged item for any reason we do charge a collection fee which may vary depending on the number of parcels, each case is different so please call us to arrange. Quickcrop Returns Policy

Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. We will also refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you're only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us in so if you have opened your parcel you must ensure it is well enough packed to arrive undamaged.

Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, Do Not Sign for the Order. After that just email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and we will do the rest. Obviously it is not always possible to spot a damage in that moment of delivery so don’t worry. As soon as you open your parcel if the goods are not as they should be just email us a photo of the issue clearly explaining the problem. We will be back to you within the day with a solution. This is normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have very few damages so we act very quickly. Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost.

A Simple Return
So you have decided on receipt of the goods that you simply don’t want them. Just email us at quickcrop@gmail.com explaining that you want to return your goods stating your name and your order number. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us but once they have been received and checked at our end we will issue a full refund including your original delivery charge.

European Returns
Customers outside of the UK and Ireland are covered by the damages Returns policy above. If you want to return your goods due to the fact that you no longer want it you simply email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and let us know. You will then need to return your goods to the following address and once it arrives back to us in the condition it left us we will refund you in full including your original delivery charge.
