This stuff is the business. Why? It is produced from seaweed sustainably harvested off the west coast of Ireland. Other seaweed feeds available on the market are produced from a powdered raw material. Our "Sea Nymph' liquid is produced from hand harvested Ascophyllum nodosum, a seaweed species exclusive to the North Atlantic Ocean. Harvesting by hand ensures quick plant recovery and causes minimal disruption to the natural habitat. It also produces a far more potent raw material which gives this product its extra punch.
The base extract is mixed with additional NPK and complexed minerals to tailor the range to specific needs throughout the year. Complexing of the minerals helps ensure they work for longer when applied as the complexing acts as a slow releasing agent giving longer performance to the minerals.
In short it's the best liquid seaweed you can get. Apply February to October.
Why use seaweed feed?
Seaweed contains the major plant nutrients but also a whole range of micro nutrients often absent in old and tired soil. Will also promote root growth and stimulate microbial soil life which makes more nutrients available to your plants. Seaweed fertiliser feeds will also strengthen the plants immune system helping to fight off bacterial and fungal attack.
The difference between our seaweed fertiliser feed and many others on the market is most other seaweed tonics use a powdered raw material which is diluted to produce the finished liquid. Our Soil Conditioner and Plant Tonic is made the old fashioned way, it's hand harvested in the unspoilt waters of the West coast of Ireland with the fresh seaweed going directly into the production process.
How is Sea Nymph made?
The sustainably harvested seaweed is first washed to remove any loose sand and shells. The seaweed is then places in stainless steel vats where the extraction process takes place. The idea is to break down the cell walls to release the broad range of nutrients unique to seaweed. Minerals, vitamins, amino acids and saccharides (sugar molecules) are first extracted and then cold filtered to remove any insoluble particles. The filtered end product is then bottled for use in your vegetable garden. In short it's the best liquid seaweed fertiliser soil tonic you can get. Apply February to October.
Contents: 2.5 Litres Concentrated, makes 45 litres or roughly 1/20 when mixing. As a guide a 5litre watering can will cover 2 x raised beds 6ft x 4ft.
Important Delivery Information Spring 2021 - Covid 19
We will be operating our business as usual over the coming months as thankfully, current lockdown measures haven't required us to close our warehouses. Delivery times had been impacted earlier in the year with the increase in online shopping putting immense strain on couriers. We are nearly back to normal here in Quickcrop so we expect to have your order dispatched within 7-10 working days and delivery will be within 2-4 working days after this.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience which may have been caused due to Covid-19 and very much appreciate your patience during this time. Some of our customers had delays in receiving their orders in a timely manner but thankfully 99% of orders got through on schedule.
Unless 10 working days have elapsed since you placed your order please try to avoid contacting the office for delivery information as answering queries further slows packing. The Exception to this is our raised ponds which will take two weeks to be dispatched from our warehouse and and delivered to you. Of course if you have received a damaged item, are missing something or are over the 10 day lead time please feel free to email us at enquiry@quickcrop.co.uk and we will respond quickly, usually within the hour.
Standard delivery £4.95 - Our standard delivery rate is £4.95 and covers all goods except raised beds and some selected heavy items. £4.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of items ordered.
Allotment raised beds £5.95 - Allotment style raised beds carry a delivery of £5.95 per complete order. £5.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of allotment raised beds or additional items ordered.
Premier/Deluxe raised beds £9.95 - Premier or Deluxe raised beds carry a delivery of £9.95 per complete order. £9.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of raised beds or additional items ordered.
Bulky Items £9.95 - Some large items (e.g. compost bins) carry a delivery charge of £9.95. Any items that carry the large item surcharge will be clearly marked on the product page.

How long does delivery take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 4 - 5 days in the UK and Ireland, and up to 6 working days for France, Germany and the Benelux countries.
Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, you will be able to log on to the Parcel Force website and see where your parcel is at any time. You can also call the office on 01788 298 795 or email info@quickcrop.co.uk if you need more information.
What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date. The driver will not leave the parcel without a signature however they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if instructed to do so in our notes section at the checkout stage on the website. Alternatively if you are not home after Parcelforce/GLS have attempted delivery on 2 consecutive days they will leave a note to let you know that your parcel has been left at your local Post Office for collection.
I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.
What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office on 01788 298 795 and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge. We have a 'no quibble' policy on damages and will replace immediately once we receive an emailed photo of the damaged item.
If you wish to return an undamaged item for any reason we do charge a collection fee which may vary depending on the number of parcels, each case is different so please call us to arrange. Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. We will also refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you're only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us in so if you have opened your parcel you must ensure it is well enough packed to arrive undamaged.
Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, Do Not Sign for the Order. After that just email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and we will do the rest. Obviously it is not always possible to spot a damage in that moment of delivery so don’t worry. As soon as you open your parcel if the goods are not as they should be just email us a photo of the issue clearly explaining the problem. We will be back to you within the day with a solution. This is normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have very few damages so we act very quickly. Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost.
A Simple Return
So you have decided on receipt of the goods that you simply don’t want them. Just email us at quickcrop@gmail.com explaining that you want to return your goods stating your name and your order number. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us but once they have been received and checked at our end we will issue the refund minus the original delivery charge.
European Returns
Customers outside of the UK and Ireland are covered by the damages Returns policy above. If you want to return your goods due to the fact that you no longer want it you simply email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and let us know. You will then need to return your goods to the following address and once it arrives back to us in the condition it left us we will refund you the cost minus the original delivery charge.
