Stock notice May 2020 - Why are so many products out of stock?

Due to very high order volumes and limited staff numbers we have had to reduce our shop to supply a core range of garden products.

Waterfall and cascade from the Premium Raised Pond range using two 6'x4' ponds. Specially engineered timber pond system, the perfect centerpiece for any garden landscaping project.

Using two timber ponds of different heights this cascade system uses a submersible pump (available separately) to transfer water over a stainless steel cascade.

Perfect for any garden, patio or decking area this is a top quality water feature that can be easily incorporated into any garden landscaping design. The construction boards have a specialist double tongue and groove joint with intelocking corners for added stability.

This water feature is a striking piece of garden architecture, manufactured to a high quality in a specialist timber mill using precision cutting equipment and top quality Scandinavian Redwood (Scot's Pine), a high grade timber with a close grain and minimal knotting. This timber is slow grown in a cold, northerly climate making it more dense, allowing a much finer finish. The tight grain enables the the wood to withstand extremer weather conditions.

PVC liner and a steel waterblade are included along with all screws and fixings. A rubber headed mallet is included to assist with tightening the custom interlocking tongue and groove panels

Restol Wood Oil
We always recommend coating our ponds with 'Restol' wood oil to keep them looking their best. Wood oil is the best protection you can give your pond as it keeps the wood supple and helps prevent cracking in hot Summer weather. We recommend treating your pond every second year to keep it in top condition.

The strong PVC liners included may be sited on grass, soil or concrete although we do recommend a fleece or sand base layer to prevent any rips from sharp stones or gravel.

Hi Vanessa We don't have measurements on the website as we may not have this product back in stock until later in the year so we won't have the amended measurements until then. Sorry about that for now Niall Quickcrop

Important Delivery Information - Covid 19 Delays

We are experiencing some delays in our warehouse due to the Coronavirus outbreak which is impacting delivery times. In normal circumstances we expect to have your order with you within 3-5 working days but this timeline has been extended to 6-8 working days from date of order. We sincerely apologise for the delay and understand how anxious you are to receive gardening supplies.

All our UK deliveries are only £5.95 no matter how many products we deliver anywhere in mainland UK. We also deliver to other European countries, please see our rates below.

Our delivery fee is an absolute bargain and is far cheaper than any of our competitors, please take this into account when comparing product prices.

We deliver nationwide to the UK, the island of Ireland, Austria, Benelux Countries, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Please see our delivery rates below:

£5.95 - The United Kingdom and Island of Ireland (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge, please contact us on 0044 1788 298 795 for details)

£9.95 - Austria, Belguim, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland.


How long does delivery take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 4 - 5 days in the UK and Ireland, and up to 6 working days for France, Germany and the Benelux countries.

Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, you will be able to log on to the Parcel Force website and see where your parcel is at any time. You can also call the office on 01788 298 795 or email if you need more information.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date. The driver will not leave the parcel without a signature however they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if instructed to do so in our notes section at the checkout stage on the website. Alternatively if you are not home after Parcelforce/GLS have attempted delivery on 2 consecutive days they will leave a note to let you know that your parcel has been left at your local Post Office for collection.

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office on 01788 298 795 and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge. We have a 'no quibble' policy on damages and will replace immediately once we receive an emailed photo of the damaged item.

If you wish to return an undamaged item for any reason we do charge a collection fee which may vary depending on the number of parcels, each case is different so please call us to arrange. Quickcrop Returns Policy

Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. We will also refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you're only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us in so if you have opened your parcel you must ensure it is well enough packed to arrive undamaged.

Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, Do Not Sign for the Order. After that just email us on and we will do the rest. Obviously it is not always possible to spot a damage in that moment of delivery so don’t worry. As soon as you open your parcel if the goods are not as they should be just email us a photo of the issue clearly explaining the problem. We will be back to you within the day with a solution. This is normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have very few damages so we act very quickly. Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost.

A Simple Return
So you have decided on receipt of the goods that you simply don’t want them. Just email us at explaining that you want to return your goods stating your name and your order number. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us but once they have been received and checked at our end we will issue a full refund including your original delivery charge.

European Returns
Customers outside of the UK and Ireland are covered by the damages Returns policy above. If you want to return your goods due to the fact that you no longer want it you simply email us on and let us know. You will then need to return your goods to the following address and once it arrives back to us in the condition it left us we will refund you in full including your original delivery charge.
