Really good quality, I'm enjoying the salad items now and the over wintering plants are healthy and happy, if a little confused over the current warm weather in November!

I received my plugs quickly, they were in great shape and they are out performing the rest of the autumn and winter veg on the allotment. Come spring time I won't grow from seed, I will be coming back to order my plugs from here.

How do you deter cabbage white, no matter how much I tied down the netting they still seemed to get in.i have a Sun Globe would it be better to grown them in there.

Hi Jane. You need to use Biomesh or Enviromesh to stop them getting at the plants and this needs to be secured all the way around the base to ensure that they don't get in. But it is important that it is Biomesh/ Enviromesh you use.

Hi Are the plants in the Autumn/winter beginners garden all suitable for growing in the vegetable trug?

Hi there. I would suggest that the plants in beginners selection will be perfect for the vegtrug apart from the cabbage and kale which will take up a lot of room. Alternatively you could pick a 'choose your own' tray with Rocket, Corn salad, Turnip, radish, beetroot and lettuce mix which will be about right. Let me know if I can be of any more help. Andrew
