I bought Grow Grid Planting mat for onions and cabbage. I find them great for keeping weeds down and good spacing for cabbage and I can use them next year.

I mostly use the grow mat for growing garlic. I use the mats because like most people I hate weeding and have't the time for it, but I also want a good crop of garlic at the end of it. Problems with the mats are few and far between. Biggest problems are pinning them down especially during high wind and storms. But I'm beginning to formulate a plan for that

Hi Alan. You water as normal as the beauty of Grow Grids is that they allow water down through them but don't allow the weeds grow up through them.

Can you cut this mat to size? Thanks
Answered by Andrew
on January 09th, 2018
Hi julie You can cut the mats easily with a scissors but we don't recommend it as it will leave an unsealed edge which may fray over time. If you need to cut it I would advise creating a hem by folding the edge over a couple of times (only a cm or so) and stapling along the seam with an ordinary stapler. That will ensure the mat lasts as long as possible. I have been using the same mat for 6 years now so they pretty much last for ever. I hope this helps. Andrew

Hi Looking for growing mat(reusable), impregnated with copper filings to stop/retard slugs who do great damage to my celery plants.
Answered by Andrew

Thank you for your question Liam. The Growgrid mats are not impregnated with copper but they are reusable. You could of course buy slug copper tape which we have on the site and put this around the Growgrids.

Thank you for your question Alun. The small Grow Grids are are 1.5m wide x 2m long and the large are 1.5m wide x 4m long. If you go down through the texts it shows the spacings and what crops they are best for as well. Regards Niall

Quickcrop Returns Policy

Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. We will also refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you're only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us in so if you have opened your parcel you must ensure it is well enough packed to arrive undamaged.

Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, Do Not Sign for the Order. After that just email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and we will do the rest. Obviously it is not always possible to spot a damage in that moment of delivery so don’t worry. As soon as you open your parcel if the goods are not as they should be just email us a photo of the issue clearly explaining the problem. We will be back to you within the day with a solution. This is normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have very few damages so we act very quickly. Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost.
