Please note that due to logistic requirements we are no longer able to provide the brackets pre-fixed onto the corner posts as stated in our video. The corner posts are still supplied with mounting brackets and screws but will require self-assembly.

Very impressed with the finish and look of this bed. It is sturdy and good value for money. We had a small problem with one of the components which was settled without any quibble. Excellent customer service.

I just received the Deluxe kit. There are no marking on the posts for the brackets. How high up the post should they go and how far from the edge.

Hi Enda The go right down the centre of the posts and go flush to the bottom of the post. So sit the bracket against the bottom of the post and half way from each side. Sorry this wasn't made clearer Niall Quickcrop

I note that you don’t have the galvanised bracket screwed on at present. If I was to do it myself what tools do I need? I only have screwdrivers. I don’t have a drill. Also have you marked the post so I know exactly where the bracket screws should go.? Thank you Catherine

Hi Catherine I am afraid we can't transit the posts with the brackets any longer as we had someone cut themselves off the pack when they arrived. However they are very easily fixed on up the centre of the post but i would advise using an electric screw driver or it will take some time to fix them on Niall Quickcrop

Is there a base on the raised beds or just a frame?

Morning Helena There is no base on the Deluxe raised beds as they are meant to go on grass or soil. If you want to put them on a patio we supply liners that you can fit to the inside. The liner allows water pass through but not the soil so no mess left. Just put the word liner in the search bar if you want to add one Regards Niall Quickcrop

Hi I am interested in the deluxe raised veg bed kits would you recommend to put a liner in base before adding soil or add soil straight on to ground .

Hi Jean. Thank you for your question. They really don't need a liner if going on to soil or grass. If you are putting them on a patio a liner can help as it will allow the water escape but not any of the soil with it.

Standard Quickcrop deliveries only £4.95.

Standard delivery £4.95 - Our standard delivery rate is £4.95 and covers all goods except raised beds and some selected heavy items. £4.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of items ordered.

Raised Beds Allotment/Premier/Deluxe raised beds £9.95 - Raised beds carry a delivery of £9.95 per complete order. £9.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of raised beds or additional items ordered.

Bulky Items £9.95 - Some large items (e.g. compost bins) carry a delivery charge of £9.95. Any items that carry the large item surcharge will be clearly marked on the product page.

Will there be any extra charges? No, the price you pay at checkout is the price delivered to your door. There are no customs fees or extra delivery fees. 

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver nationwide to the UK, the island of Ireland, Austria, Benelux Countries, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Please see our delivery rates below:

£4.95 - The United Kingdom and Island of Ireland (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge, please contact us at support@quickcrop.com for further information.)

£9.95 - Austria, Belguim, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland.

How long does delivery take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 3 - 5 days in the UK and Ireland, and up to 6 working days for France, Germany and the Benelux countries.

Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, you will be able to log on to DPD's or Tuffnell's website and see where your parcel is at any time. You can, of course, contact us at support@quickcrop.com should you require any further information.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
You will be notified by text/email beforehand so you will know when to expect delivery. The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number if you are not in. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date. 

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office on 01788 298 795 and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge. We have a 'no quibble' policy on damages and will replace immediately once we receive an emailed photo of the damaged item.

If you wish to return an undamaged item for any reason we do charge a collection fee which may vary depending on the number of parcels, each case is different so please call us to arrange. We promise to keep returns fees fair and as low as possible. To arrange a return please contact us at support@quickcrop.com.

Quickcrop Returns Policy

Great customer service is what we are all about. You will never have to worry about damages, the item not being as expected or simply deciding you don’t want the item and you wish to return it. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it. If you're only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition that they left us in so if you have opened your parcel you must ensure it is well enough packed to arrive undamaged.

Damaged Goods Returns
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, Do Not Sign for the Order. After that just email us on support@quickcrop.com and we will do the rest. Obviously it is not always possible to spot a damage in that moment of delivery so don’t worry. As soon as you open your parcel if the goods are not as they should be just email us a photo of the issue clearly explaining the problem. We will be back to you within the day with a solution. This is normally to arrange a collection at a time that suits you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have very few damages so we act very quickly. Please note the photo is important so we can show the damage to our couriers and be refunded for the delivery cost.

A Simple Return
So you have decided on receipt of the goods that you simply don’t want them. Just email us at support@quickcrop.com explaining that you want to return your goods stating your name and your order number. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us but once they have been received and checked at our end we will issue the refund minus the original delivery charge.

European Returns
Customers outside of the UK and Ireland are covered by the damages Returns policy above. If you want to return your goods due to the fact that you no longer want it you simply email us on quickcrop@gmail.com and let us know. You will then need to return your goods to the following address and once it arrives back to us in the condition it left us we will refund you the cost minus the original delivery charge.
