The Hanging Bempton Bird Table is an attractive and practical garden bird table. Produced by Wildlife World after consultation with The RSPB, it is handmade with FSC certified timber from sustainably managed forests. It features intricate lattice woodwork in a painted green finish, a real verdigris sustainable copper roof and a natural rope for hanging. The classically styled appearance of the feeder makes it a perfect addition to any garden design.
The cleverly designed ballustrade and arches around the Bempton provide a safe area for smaller birds to feed, protecting them from competition from crows, pigeons, magpies and seagulls for the food. It also makes life difficult for predatory hawks whose habit is to target small birds on open feeder tables.
The Hanging Bempton has a unique detachable side panel and a recycled plastic tray which lifts out for easy cleaning. This also gives access so the inside edges of the bird table so they may brushed out removing any old food which may harbour bacteria, allowing for excellent standards of bird hygiene to be achieved.
Place the birdtable anywhere in the garden that allows you to view them feeding, ideally suspended by the rope from a low hanging tree branch. Check the paintwork every year and touch up if required.
