How do I know when items are back in stock?
Unfortunately we don't have the resources to send out individual notifications but we do keep Quickcrop members posted on stock updates through our weekly growers newsletter. If you are not a member already it might be helpful to sign up here.
Delivery Lead Times
Currently we are running a backlog and estimate an 8-10 working day lead time from date of order for standard parcel deliveries.
Raised bed deliveries are currently running at 10-15 working days but we are reducing this backlog daily and expect to have your beds with you well within this timeframe.
We apologise for this reduction on our usual speedy times.
All existing orders continue to be packed and shipped as normal. We are currently working on a 7 day backlog of orders so expect to get the majority shipped this week.
Phone/Live Chat Contact
We regret that due to limited staff and a large number of queries we are no longer able to maintain phone or live chat coverage. If you have a query please email us at email@example.com and a staff member will get back to you, normally within the hour. Your email won't go into a black hole, our system is constantly monitored, your email will be seen and replied to asap.
We are currently on the official list of essential services as we fall under 3 separate categories: home/hardware, garden supplies and food production so hope we can stay open to meet your garden needs. We operate a very strict hygiene regime with a compulsory 2m distance in the warehouse, frequent hand washing, disinfecting of work surfaces and wearing gloves at all times. We have a core team of trusted staff who maintain best practices both at home and on our premises.
